Splendeurs Marketplace Delivery and Delays Issues
Spendeurs offers quality to all our customers but we can't control the marketplace.
We want our clients to receive the best possible service at all times and have your items as soon as you purchase them. We advice that you buy in World whenever possible from our Mainstore, however, if you do purchase from the Marketplace then please ensure that you’re in World and have your ‘busy’ status turned off, and also that you are in a low lag area.
Sometimes the marketplace can take time to deliver items, but that doesn’t mean that they don't deliver it, so please be patient and if you don't receive your item you should contact the marketplace first - Check marketplace help for buyers here !!
I ordered something, but I didn't receive it.
If after 24hours you have still not received your purchase, contact us by email (damienkleinfeld@hotmail.com) and explain what happened, we’ll check the situation and redeliver your item as soon as possible.
